And now the 30-year-old has set her sights on the UK - saying she will be more successful than her British idol Katie Price.
She explained: "I think Katie Price is beautiful but she is too old now.
"I am younger and more beautiful - I also have much bigger breasts than her.
"I will conquer the UK and I will be more successful than her."
The Latvian promo-girl has forked out more than £30,000 on surgeries to perfect her glamour model body.
Unlike 36-year-old Price, Victoria is a university graduate with a degree in business.
Starting life as a self-described 'simple girl from a small city', she worked in the fashion industry until she discovered surgery at the age of 27 - and began boosting her bust.
Eventually Victoria decided to turn her back on her academic background - because "it's easier to make money when you are beautiful".
Now the glamour model and promo girl makes up to £100,000 a year working in Latvia, France and Italy.
And she plans to conquer the UK next.
Victoria said: "My life has changed a lot since I transformed from simple girl to sexy diva - and for the better.
"I get more attention, I have a better life.
"It is easier to make money when you are beautiful. Especially if you have big breasts and a nice face."
While her 39" bust and G-cup boobs leads some people to deem her a "bimbo", Victoria is happy to wear the term with pride.
Victoria added: "I'm a smart blonde. Because of my look, big boobs and blonde hair, people call me Barbie and Bimbo doll.
"But I don't think bimbo is an insult. To me it means a girl with a bright, sexy look who takes care of herself."
But perhaps unsurprisingly, her plastic surgery-heavy look isn't everyone's cup of tea.
And Victoria admits she has even been targeted by religious groups who tell her she's going to burn in hell because she's too sexy.
She explained: "People don't like it if someone is better than them, more beautiful than them or different.
"Sadly they think everyone should be an ugly loser like them.
"I'm lucky I don't receive much hate mail but on my photos and shows I get some bad comments.
"If I receive mail it's usually my fans with compliments.
"But sometimes I have Christian fanatics contact me, they will tell me I'm going to burn in hell because I am too sexy and provocative.
"Some suggest I'm evil for being too attractive or tempting to men.
"However I think it's so important that a woman is beautiful."
Victoria, who spends most of her time in Cannes and Italy with her Italian boyfriend Simon, says she would like to have children - and will have no problem if they want to have surgery.
"I think you should feel free to do what you like and not listen to others, just do what you like - it is your life, your body, and if surgery can change your life and make you more happy, then do it."
And despite her freakish appearance, Victoria is adamant that she has no regrets about her physical transformation.
"I like everything big: big car, big house, big dogs. I like impressive things. None inspired me, I just want to look more sexy, that is my choice," she said.
"I get a lot attention from men, sometimes they ask me for my autograph and want to take photos with me or write me letters on social networks.
"I also have haters, but I love them too because they help me to become more famous."
