Sophi Green, from Utah, attempts the latest internet craze ‘the bottle flip’ - where you throw a water bottle filled up half way in the air and have it land upright - and effortlessly nails the challenge with her feet, twice in a row.

The hilarious trick, became an internet challenge after a high school student was filmed doing it at a talent show earlier this year.

Mum, Christianne said: “Sophi's 11 year-old brother, Xander, asked Sophi if she wanted to try the water bottle flip. After a few tries, she had it down.

“Xander came running in the other room to show us the video. We were impressed, but not surprised - Sophi can do almost anything she sets her mind to.”

Sophi celebrated her feat by doing the popular ‘dab' dance with her legs.

The dab dance was made well known by American football star Cam Newton and has seen the likes of Hilary Clinton and a host of other celebrities attempt it.

And a dancer at heart, Sophi has taken her passion to the next level by showcasing a variety of different dance moves on her very own YouTube channel, including the popular move the 'nae nae’ - another move that has become an internet phenomenon.

Sophi said: “I can do the whip and nae nae, ballet - basically anything I want.”

Adopted by Christianne and her husband Jeremy at the age of two, Sophi has been able to adapt to the fact she was born with no arms and easily does everyday tasks with her feet.

From eating to combing her own hair the talented dancer lives a relatively independent life with dancing being at the centre of it.

Christianne said: “She liked to dance even before she learned to walk! Watching her dab is so cute. We are so proud of everything she does.”
