Kashmiere Culberson, from Dallas, Texas, has a rare birth defect, called Phocomelia syndrome, that caused malformations of her arms.
The 21-year-old is wowing people with how she applies a face of perfect makeup and false eyelashes with her toes.
Kashmiere told Barcroft TV: “The condition is very rare.
“At first, I thought I was the only person that was born without any arms.
“But I've met a lot of people who haven’t had arms – same as me.
“And some people without arms and legs.”
Despite her condition, the vlogger can drive, cook and even do amazing makeup videos which she shares with her YouTube subscribers.
Growing up, Kashmiere was suffering from low-esteem and said: “My confidence wasn’t how it is now.
She added: “I could be down every day because of my situation or I could sorry for myself, have other people feel sorry for me.
“But that's not the case, I want to show people that no matter what your situation everything is possible.”
Kashmiere continued: “I can do all of my makeup on my own.
“Every morning I get up, I brush my teeth.
“I can cook, I can clean.
“ I drive…I do everything.
“The only thing I struggle with is pulling up my pants.”
Kashmiere’s mother, Tomika Bomar, described her daughter as a very independent young woman and added: “We didn’t treat her any different, we just treated her normally like other kids.”
Remembering the time Kashmiere was born, Tomika said: “I did not know that she was going to be born without arms.
“We did not find out until delivery.
“And I was really just … I was amazed.
“There were a lot of things going on in my head.
“But it was something to just come to terms with in the beginning.
“I think I was just trying to find something to tie it to, what caused it and how did that happen.”
She continued: “The doctors told us: “You may not believe it but she will be just fine.”
“And exactly what they told us that was has happened.”
Kashmiere’s father, Phillip Bomar, added: “Naturally she just picked up stuff with her feet.
“It was just amazing how flexible she was.”
“This kid could do anything” Tomika said.
Kashmiere started her own YouTube channel two years ago to inspire others with disabilities and to show that everything is possible, “as long as you stay strong and you set your mind to it.”
She told Barcroft TV: “I want to stand up for people that have disabilities or physical differences.
“You can be whoever you want to be and do whatever you want to do, there’s no limit to anything.”
Kashmiere met her boyfriend Javion Anderson on social media three years ago.
The couple has now started vlogging together.
Javion told Barcroft TV that when he first saw Kashmiere, she charmed him instantly: “It was her smile, just the glow on her face.
“And of course she is cute, pretty.
“That is really what got my attention.
“Her disability never bothered me, not once.
“I looked past it and I didn’t let that get to me or let that stop me from talking to her.
“The only thing that might be hard for us to do is the amusement park, it’s just a lot of complications with that but for the most part, nothing can stop us.”
However, the couple admitted that sometimes they get judged for being in an interabled relationship.
Javion said: “We get looks all the time.
“But it doesn’t get to us.”
He added: “Kashmiere is a very independent woman.
“There's nothing that she can’t do.”
Kashmiere said: “Accepting their self-first matters because you have to suggest that you have to be comfortable with yourself first before anyone else can be comfortable with you.
“I feel like nothing is impossible, no matter what the situation looks like.
“As long as you stay strong and you set your mind to it, it will happen.”
